How quickly can you respond to my pest problem?
In most cases, I can schedule your service within 1-2 days. For urgent situations (like active wasp nests or severe rodent issues), I'll do my best to come out same-day or next-day. When you call, you're talking directly to me—Todd—so we can figure out the best time together.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No contracts required. While I recommend ongoing monthly or quarterly service for best results, you're not locked in. If you want one-time service or prefer to call as needed, that's fine. My goal is to solve your pest problem, not trap you in fine print.
What if I'm not home during the treatment?
Not a problem. Many of my customers prefer to schedule service while they're at work. I'll treat the exterior and any interior areas we've discussed. I'll leave a detailed service report at your door and text you when the job's done. If you have pets, just let me know in advance and we'll make arrangements.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
Yes. I use EPA-approved products and follow all safety protocols. Most treatments allow you to return home within 2-4 hours. For interior treatments, I'll give you specific instructions based on what I'm using. Pet safety is a priority—I have pets myself and treat your home like I treat mine.
