How quickly can you start service?
In most cases, I can schedule your first treatment within 1-2 days. When you call, you're talking directly to me—Todd—so we can find a time that works for your schedule right away.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
Yes. I use EPA-approved products and follow all safety protocols. Most treatments allow your family and pets to return home within 2-4 hours. I have pets myself and treat your home like I treat mine—with care and safety as top priorities.
Do I need to be home during treatment?
Not necessarily. Many customers prefer to have service while they're at work. I'll treat the exterior and any interior areas we've discussed. I'll leave a detailed service report at your door and text you when the job's done. If you have pets, just let me know in advance.
What if pests come back between visits?
If you're on a monthly or quarterly plan and pests return between scheduled visits, just call me. I'll come back out at no additional charge. My goal is to keep your home pest-free, not just treat it once.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No contracts required. While I recommend ongoing service for best results, you're not locked in. If you want one-time service or prefer to call as needed, that's fine. My goal is to solve your pest problem, not trap you in fine print.
