Parks Pest Control, LLC is an Indiana limited liability company providing residential and commercial pest control services in Grant County and surrounding areas.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or hiring Parks Pest Control, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services.

Important: These Terms apply to all interactions with Parks Pest Control, including phone calls, emails, website use, and in-person services.

3. Pest Control Services

Service Agreement

When you schedule pest control services, you enter into a service agreement with Parks Pest Control. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Residential pest control (monthly/quarterly plans)
  • Commercial pest control and IPM programs
  • Termite inspections and treatments
  • Real estate pest inspections
  • Powder post beetle treatments
  • One-time pest control services

Service Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within agreed time windows, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or previous appointments.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible.

Property Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for service delivery, including:

  • Interior access when interior treatments are scheduled
  • Exterior access around the entire structure
  • Safe access to service areas (removing obstacles, securing pets)
  • Access instructions for locked areas or gates

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about pest problems
  • Follow any pre-service instructions (food storage, pet removal)
  • Secure or remove pets during treatment when necessary
  • Follow post-service instructions and waiting periods
  • Report any problems or concerns promptly
  • Maintain reasonable sanitation and structural conditions

Safety Note: All pesticides used are EPA-approved and applied according to label instructions. Always follow any safety instructions provided by Todd Parks after treatment.

4. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

Parks Pest Control accepts:

  • Cash
  • Personal checks
  • Invoicing (for established customers and businesses)

Payment Due

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. For ongoing service plans, payment terms will be discussed during scheduling.

Pricing

Service prices are determined based on:

  • Property size and type
  • Extent of pest problem
  • Type of treatment required
  • Frequency of service (monthly vs. quarterly)

Quotes are provided free of charge. Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual conditions found during inspection.

Late Payment

For invoiced services, payment is due within 30 days. Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing services until accounts are current.

5. Liability Limitations & Warranties

Service Warranty

Parks Pest Control warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner using industry-standard practices. If pests return between scheduled services, we will return at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

Parks Pest Control's liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided. We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by pests before treatment begins
  • Damage caused by customer failure to follow instructions
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Damages exceeding the cost of services provided

Insurance Coverage

Parks Pest Control maintains appropriate liability insurance. All applications are performed by licensed professionals according to state regulations.

No Guarantees

While we use effective products and methods, we cannot guarantee elimination of all pests due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Structural conditions that harbor pests
  • Sanitation issues
  • Ongoing sources of infestation
  • Environmental conditions

Claims Notice: Any claims must be reported within 30 days of service. We will investigate and work with you to resolve legitimate concerns.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

For ongoing service plans, cancellation takes effect after the current service period. No contracts or cancellation fees apply.

Service Cancellation by Parks Pest Control

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:

  • Property conditions present safety risks to our technician
  • Customer fails to provide necessary access
  • Payment accounts become severely delinquent
  • Customer violates these Terms of Use
  • Service would violate applicable laws or regulations

Emergency Situations

Services may be delayed or cancelled due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Equipment failures
  • Emergency situations
  • Health or safety concerns

We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule when such situations occur.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indiana state law and applicable federal regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in Grant County, Indiana.

Mediation

If direct resolution is not possible, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a qualified mediator before pursuing legal action.

8. Additional Terms

Compliance with Laws

Parks Pest Control operates under Indiana pest control regulations and maintains all required licenses and insurance. All pesticide applications comply with EPA and state requirements.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the revised date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Parks Pest Control.
